2. base color

#77bbdd Soft Blue. The direct complement of blue is orange.
Therefore, the split-complements are the two colors adjacent to orange on the color wheel:
#ff9d83 Red-Orange and
#ffdd83 Yellow-Orange.
It created a theme that is overwhelmingly warm, soft, and friendly.
Ensuring visual variety while maintaining harmony and a very soft, non-aggressive feel.

3. The Complementary Theme use dark blue-gray text on a very light blue/white background provides strong, comfortable contrast for prolonged reading. The soft blue (#3498db) is clear as the primary, and the warm orange accent (#e67e22) provides a clear, complementary call-to-action. It's professional and trustworthy without being boring.
